Know all Men by these Presents that I Dinah McEnters Administratrix of Daniel McEnters late a Soldier in the third Pennsylvania Regiment, in the service of the United States For & in Consideration of the Sum of three Dollars to me in hand paid at the Execution hereof by George Moore the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold, assigned and set over, and by these Presents do grant bargain & sale assign and set over, unto the said George Moore, his Heirs and Assigns all my Estate Right, Title, and Interest of in and to certain Mustering Land Warrant granted for Surveying to me One Hundred acres of land in any of the Districk appropriated to satisfy the bounties of land due to the late Army of the United States, and all the deeds surveying to be surveyed in pursuance of said Warrant to have and to hold the said Warrant Right, and all the land to be surveyed in pursuance thereof unto the said George Moore his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only use and behoof forever. And I do hereby authorise and impower the said George Moore his Heirs and Assigns, to select and take in his or their Names and to his and their only use and behoof, the Patent to be issued for the lands to be returned on the aforesaid Warrant to the board of Treasury. And I do hereby authorise and impower the said George Moore his Heirs and Assigns to select & take in his or their Names and to his or their only use and behoof, the Patent all such sums of money as in any be due or owing to me by the United States and and any further sum to me due in right of any said Warrant, for which I impower the said George Moore to ask, demand and receive the same & to give further Receipts for the same when received by him as fully & [undecipherable] and as personally present In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this third Day of January A Domin: 1792
