Know all Men by these Presents that I Dinah McEntire, Administratrix of Daniel McEntire late a Soldier in the third Pennsylvania Regiment, in the service of the United States. For & in Consideration of the Sum of three Dollars to me in hand paid, at the Execution hereof by George Moore the Receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge have granted bargained and sold, assigned and set over, and by these presents do grant bargain & sale assign and set over, unto the said George Moore his Heirs and Assigns all my Estate Right, Title and Interest of in and to certain Multitory Land Warrant given for Surveying to me One Hundred acres of Land in any of the Districts appropriated to satisfy the bounties of land due to the late Army of the United States, and all the deeds surrendered to be received in pursuance of said Warrant to have and to hold the said Warrant Right, and all the Land to be surveyed in pursuance thereof unto the said George Moore his Heirs and Assigns to his and their only use and behoof forever. And I do hereby authorize and empower the said George Moore his Heirs and Assigns to attest and take in his or their Names and to his and their only use and behoof the Patent to be issued for the Lands to be returned on the aforesaid Warrant to the board of Treasury. And I do hereby authorize and empower the said George Moore his Heirs and Assigns to collect & take in his or their Names and to his and their only use and behoof, his Contract all such sums of money as in any is due or owing to me by the United States and particularly to receive the same, the said George Moore to ask, demand and receive the same & to give for her Receipts for the same when received by him as fully & Legally and as if personally present to Witness whereof I have hereunto set my Hand & Seal this third Day of January A Domine 1792 Dinah D. Smith Esquire one of the Judges of the Court of Common Pleas in and for the County aforesaid, Personally appeared John Moore one of the subscribing Witnesses to the within Instrument of Writing and upon his solemn Oath doth say that he saw Dinah McEntire execute the within Instrument of Writing and acknowledge it to be her Act and Deed, and that he saw George Moore Jun. the other Witness sign his Name as a Witness thereunto and that the name John Moore as a witness thereof is of this deponent's own writing sworn before me the Day & Year above mentioned.
