I have received your letter & the papers enclosed. I write you by Mr Savan on the 4th instant, a duplicate was have arrived at Fort Pitt by the 4th or 5th of [undecipherable] — and that have put the troops & arrangements to the order defending to Fort Kingsley [undecipherable] immigration.
