The Secretary of war requests that you will immediately have shipped on board the Ship Juno, now riding at anchor in the harbor, and bound for Charleston, S. C, one hundred Stands of arms, with a cantonement and knapsacks complete; also, powder; lead, cartridge paper, and bullet moulds to make up musket cartridges, to complete four hundred men with two hundred rounds each — A proportion of flints are also to be shipped —
