Know all Men by these presents, That I Augustus Millsook of Lancaster County, late a Drummer in Capt Buchis Company in the sixth Pennsylvania Regiment commanded by Colo Butler in the service of the United States, For and in Consideration of the Sum of three Dollars and a half, to me in Hand paid at the Execution hereof, by George Moore, the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have granted, bargained and sold, assigned and set over, and by these presents do grant, bargain and sell, assign and set over, unto the said George Moore his heirs and assigns, all my estate right, title and Interest of, in and to, certain military Land Warrant granted for surveying to one Due hundred acres of land in any of the districts appropriated to satisfy the bounties of Land due to the late Army of the United States, and all the lands surveyed or to be surveyed in pursuance of said Warrant, to have and to hold the said Warrant, right, and all the land to be surveyed in pursuance thereof, unto the said George Moore his Heirs & assigns, to his & their only use and behoof forever. And I do hereby authorize & empower the said George Moore his heirs & assigns, to exhibit and take in his or their Names, and to his and their only use and behoof, the Patent to be issued for the lands to be returned on the aforesaid Warrant to the board of Treasury. In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand [seal] this Fifth Day of December Anno Domini 1791
