Dear Sir
I received your favor of the 4th instant by the 6th [undecipherable].
I have the pleasure to transmit you herein inclosed, the bill which you requested for the Ship Jefferson, Capt Roberts, and also a letter from the Spanish Residents to all Spanish Commanders in the ships route, both of which I hope you will receive safely.
It will always afford me pleasure to have the opportunity of serving Mr Jones, or you, and therefore you may freely command me on all occasions.
