Dr Sir
I have had an application from Michl McHenon on whose behalf I applied to you some time since, but from the want of some Vouchers an adjustment of his Account could then be made, he has now sent me some Vouchers but whether sufficient or not you will be able to determine. I beg your attention to his case and desire with [undecipherable] and also, that you will favor me with any Remarks that may be made upon those Vouchers should they be deemed insufficient.
I am Dr Sir,
Your most obd.
Very humble Servant,
Joseph Nourse
