Sir,
In consequence of your Warrant of this days date as Superintendent of the Store department — You will, as soon as circumstances [undecipherable: hereinto], take a very accurate Account of all the Stores, both Public & Private, Property now employed in my department — and make such Indices of them as will enable you to account for the whole of them, at any period — when called upon for that purpose — Army mark, whether National or Continental, Store, Class and Heights you will be particular in noticing & in fact every other Particulars relating to them which may enable you to [undecipherable] them under all situation Circumstances —
