New york 7^th Sept. 1791 Sir On the other Side you have a Statement of Three Boxes containing Fifty five Suits of Artillery Clothing Shipt to your address, on board of the Sloop Wilmington, Noah Wyth a Master, which I forward agreeably to directions received from the Secretary of War. you have also Bill of Lading in which is included one hundred Casks of powder received from Cap^t.
