On the other Side you have a Statement of Three Boxes containing Fifty five Suits of Artillery Clothing Shipt to your address, on board of the Sloop Wilmington, Noah Wyth a Master, which I forward agreeably to directions received from the Secretary of War. you have also Bill of Lading in which is included one hundred Casks of powder received from Capt. George Fleming at West point, as I am not perfectly acquainted with the freight of the powder, I have fill'd up the [strikethrough: undecipherable] Casks as testimony, you will have no difficulty in ascertaining it exactly, as there are considerable quantities of that article exported from your City — wishing them Safe to hand, I remain with much respect
