Sir
I enclose you a duplicate of my letter to you of the fourth instant.
I have nothing material to write. It will afford me the greatest pleasure to hear of your safe arrival at Head quarters; and that, the Stores have defended the Ohio to Fort Washington without any accident.
I need not repeat to you that much is expected from your exertions and activity; and that the greatest reliance is placed upon the good dispositions to be made in your department.
I am Sir
Your humble Servant
