You will please let such drafts as have collected, return to their respective homes & then to stay, and to desist from collecting others or marching yourself until further orders. And be pleased to send by the third day of the Superior Court the names of such as you know are ready to march, and the names of the delinquents, as far as you know them in the Several Counties distinguishing deserters after joining such as refuse to serve and such as have run off on being drafted, before they joined.
