I have Received your favor of the 23d Instant this Morning, Coll Hodgdon says he will take up all my Accompts of disbursements, in which I have been strictly attentive to Economy – I have herewith inclosed Ordnance Quarter Master and Cloathing Returns up to this date – Sunday Medicine Chests for the different Regt, Magazine Box es of Medicine, and other packages, which I suppose will be for-warded Unopened – a Return of which will be sent by next post. As Recruits for Major Clark’s Battallion, are still comeing forward, I shall not send on the Muster Rolls, untill the Battallion is ready for Embarkation, at which time I shall Muster and inspect them –
