Sir
This serves to inform you that having forwarded all my present intended supply of stores, I shall leave this City for your place to Morrow. I shall probably be detained a two or three days at [undecipherable] after which I shall proceed with all speed on my journey. My Letters [undecipherable] companies had arrived I hope my Letter of the 28 April arrived in time for you to make such provision of Boats as would accommodate this division — Since then you must have received my other Letter informing of my Contracts with Marshall & [undecipherable] for Horses and Boats — but I need not now enlarge, as I shall see you so soon — Let nothing [undecipherable] that can be furnished at your Post — and when I come forward I will discharge all such engagements —
