Description

Knox disccusses the implementation of the recent treaty with the Creek Indians and warns General McGillivray against taking revenge against the whites who murdered a Cussetah Indian. He emphasizes that the Creeks should return all prisoners and should appoint three chiefs to supervise the running of the boundary lines.
