By direction of the Secretary for the department of

Collector for the Port of Savannah [undecipherable] the Sum of [undecipherable]

you direction —
give instructions to Majr Dale to Muster your Company from the
Dates of Inlistments to the first of this Year, & also from that period
to the [undecipherable] Government. I feel anxious to have the Muster Rolls, and
Receipts of monies paid your Officers & Men in order to enable me
to close your Accounts in the Books of this office as well as to
ascertain the balances due your Officers & Men respectively. I
have therefore to request you will by the first safe conveyance
transmit me the receipts and for fear of accident either take dupli-
cate receipts or keep a return of them & have it certified by one of
your Officers — you will also [undecipherable]
