By direction of the Secretary for the department of War, I have transmitted you a Bill on John Habersham Esqr Collector for the port of Savannah for the Sum of Dollars being in amount for 7 Months pay on account of your Company for the last year, which [undecipherable] respectively fully complied then pray for the last year — I did date of the pay is inclosed —
