Butler enclosed proceedings from council with Six Nation chiefs held due to agitated Indians. Knox wants to "take all nations by the hand to meet" General Sinclair at Fort Washington on the Ohio but in Butlers opinion, Knox's speeches are too haughty and cannot be delivered to the Indians.
