Dear Sir Since I had the honor of putting you last a good deal of Indian Mimicry at Mussalfa Creek has been in agitation which re-quired the Chiefs to attend, for me to attend their Counsel, the proceedings of which I have the honor to inclose herewith. about three weeks ago a Colonel Proctor arrived here accompanied by a Tradesman called [undecipherable] and I take, with some of the Indians that adhere to him, they represented about the Middle District Church and have brought a number of Letters Packets from Washington to the Secretary of War addressed to different Nations of Indians.
