War DepartmentMay 5th 1791 No 9 Sir I have received yours of the 28th instant covering a return of the stores at Pittsburg The stores will not be very numerous at Pittsburg, but if no accommodation can be made of the old buildings, the quarter master, who will soon be at Pittsburg, will decide upon the erection of some convenient and unexpensive building, You will issue the arms and accoutrements and ammunition for the equipments of the levies on the return of the commanding officers.
