In obedience to your directions of the 19th I have compared [strikethrough: examined] the Muster Pay Rolls of the Militia on the late expedition against the Maumee Indians with the Munsters and have the Honor to enclose you my Report of the Amount due for their Services &c. I have also enclosed an account of Mr Belli for his expences from Kentucky to [undecipherable: Brig Betty] which [strikethrough: if approved of] is laid before you for your approbation or rejection.
