Sir The bearer M^r Belli has been appointed by Brigadier General Harmar and the field officers of the militia to settle the accounts of the militia who served in the late expedition against the Wabash Indians. You will please therefore to receive and settle the said accounts according to the muster rolls which shall be produced and report to me the result.
