Sir I have the Honor to enclose an Estimate of three Months pay, Subsist^ce &Forage of Sundry Officers of the United States Reg^t on [undecipherable] for which I wish [undecipherable] you will please to issue your Warrants on Account of pay Subsist^ce & Forage for the Year 1790. I also enclose an Account of M^r Asa Hartshron for Subsist. from May 9. to Oct. 10. 1787 from amounting to forty dollars $72/90 and also an which [undecipherable] it appears he has not been paid on Account of Extra pay, Subsistence & difference of pay due & Adjutant Ebenez^r Denny amounting to fifty five & 690 dol^s which Sums does not appear from the Books of this office to have been Mons Gentlemen I am with great Respect S^r Your Obed^t Serv^t J Bronalee The Honble The Secy of War
