I have the Honor to enclose an Estimate of three Months pay, Subsistce &Forage of Sundry Officers of the United States Regt on [undecipherable] for which I wish [undecipherable] you will please to issue your Warrants on Account of pay Subsistce & Forage for the Year 1790.
I also enclose an Account of Mr Asa Hartshron for Subsist. from May 9. to Oct. 10. 1787 from amounting to forty dollars $72/90 and also an which [undecipherable] it appears he has not been paid on Account of Extra pay, Subsistence & difference of pay due & Adjutant Ebenezr Denny amounting to fifty five & 690 dols which Sums does not appear from the Books of this office to have been Mons Gentlemen
