The house you mentioned in your favor of the 23d Strikes me agreeably — will you examine minutely if it has two large rooms, one for a drawing and the other for a dining room — perhaps Mr Smith would give what it will be worth they need — are there Stables? — I dont think £80 excessive — Confide the matter to you, and will abide by your agreement
