His agents have printed having it accepted already by the Ministry here, and Col. Lear, now Man in [undecipherable] appointed the Matter — Notwithstanding I hope your influence will with & don't set of proceedings. a further consideration may arise, that of his wanting the Contract to be one of [undecipherable] that now [undecipherable] domestic, but while I know will not succeed with you, if the thing itself is not good — in [undecipherable] I send you the duplicate letter to the Commission or agency in which I earnestly engage to pray to be disposed of, if the thing is effected, and should you be obliged to engage a person here, I am the only person the Company will appoint it. this is a connection of my family, which is more than a Brokers for common business. left you I at once charge you your commission to a common Broker for a time I suppose to effect this, will not merit it now, I'd write for me to [undecipherable] what is Done in this affair, the instant you know it, and let me know the plan of finance — & the Person who will accept the appointment
