It appears that L.t Col.t Com.dt Hamtramck is arrived at the Post of Fort Wayne on the Miamis of the Lake, — & had furnished all the troops with Whiskey, and begun the paym.t of the Garrison troops — was completing & expected about the [undecipherable] that Major Burbeck [undecipherable] & arrival of the Cattle did in charge one thousand bushels [undecipherable] returned to be given at Capt.
