tucky for ordering out Scouts in this District,
[I] ordered out upon my representation four Scouts [in]
the County of Lincoln & ageable to the instru-
[c]tions which accompanied the Order, for making
[undecipherable]tion of the Scouts, that their pay may be [drawn]
[in] for their Services, I now inclose you [the]
Certificates to be returned to the Paymaster
[of] our Corps, who will thereby draw the money
[and] when ready to be discharged I must
