In consequence of the power which was vested in Harry Innes Esqr District Judge for Kentucky for ordering out Scouts in this District, issued out upon my representation four Scouts the County of Lincoln is agreeable to the instructions which accompanied the Order, for making turn of the Scouts, that their pay may be given for their Services, I now inclose you Certificates to be returned to the Paymaster our Corps, who will thereby draw the money which when ready to be discharged I must sit your information
