tucky for ordering out Scouts in this District;
issued out upon my representation four Scouts
the County of Lincoln & agreeable to the instruc=
tions which accompanied the Order, for making
out of the Scouts, that their pay may be [undecipherable]

Certificates to be returned to the Paymaster
