Dear Sir
I received your favor of the 22d instant. I cannot at present decide whether I shall be able to go to Boston about the 15th of September ensuing, but next week I may be able to determine — It may help to place the matter of the Indians on their just footing, and for the people and the general court to be convinced that they cannot have any other right over our Lands, than what was conceded by our acceptance of the resolve of the 4th of July 1785.
I am Dear Sir
Yours Affectionately
H Knox
