I have just received your two favor dated at Richmond the 5th of June having inclosures for Mr Dillet and the post draft in favor of William Kirk Esqr for five hundred Dollars which shall be paid.
I approve of your furnishing such small articles of Cloathing as the Troops may want untill they arrive here. They will be fully clothed at this place.
You will have received some of my letters dated the 9th Instant: keep an attentive eye on Captn Leβ
