The enclosure is a return of Justin Jennings an Invalied Pensioner, with a copy of the Resolve of our gen.ral Assembly in his favour.
No application had been made at this Office or information that such an act of Assembly had passed, untill after [undecipherable] who would have been included in the return dated 10th April 1790.
I hope it is not now too late.
