Upon examining the Books of the late Honble and of this [undecipherable] it does not appears that the heirs of the late Mr Joseph Hanna [undecipherable] killed on the 7th December 1777. have petitioned the Assembly of Connecticut either themselves or by any other person on their behalf for an allowance of [undecipherable] years half pay agreeable to the resolve of [undecipherable] or that their heirs recieve any payment from this State on that Account
