In pursuance of your request of this day, I have examined the Settlements made by the late Commissioner of Army Accounts, for pay and [undecipherable: subsistence] of sundry Foreign Officers and from which it appears that no Settlement has taken place with any that left Service previous to the 10th April 1780. except in the instance of Colonel La Radiere whose account died in the year 1779 and whose accounts were settled in pursuance of the Act of Congress of the 3d Augt 1785 —
