Being at present much Necessitated for money, I do myself the Honor to enclose you my acct. against the United States with the necessary Vouchers; for my Services & Expenses from the 1st day of July 1788 to the 1st day of July 1790 Inclusive by which it appears there is a Ballance of one hundred fifty eight Dollars & Sixteen Cents due to me, which I Request you will will be so good as to pay Mr. James H. Olney in whose favr. I have given a draft, for that sum. —
