Enter] Office of Army Accts New York May 13 1790 Sir By the accounts of depreciation of the State of New York transmitted to this Office it cannot be ascertained to what period Jacobus Wynkoop was paid for depreciation. It appears however By the books of the Paym^t G^l. that he has had pay due him to the 1 Sep^t 1779 which may probably be the extent of the time he was in Service I have the Honor to be Sir your ob^d Serv^t [Signed] J Howell jr.
