By the accounts of depreciation of the State of New York transmitted to this Office it cannot be ascertained to what period Jacobus Wynkoop was paid for depreciation. It appears however By the books of the Paymt Gl. that he has had pay due him to the 1 Sept 1779 which may probably be the extent of the time he was in Service
