my not hearing from you the last week, I concluded you were in Philadelphia on the business of the Concern — I forwarded your appointments from this State which I hope you received in season, poverty alone prevented our sending on two gentlemen to join you in the deliberation — let me know whether you had a full representation and the results of your meeting —
I wrote you in what manner the Meeting at the Green Dragon was conducted, that a Committee was appointed to draft a Memorial to Congress & report it at the Concern
