I received your Letter by Mr Ketchum respecting Sert Mathews hay — as all his business is of a public Nature I never thought it necessary to enter it in the probate office but always supposed that it would be required in your office as a voucher — I have transmitted it by the Bearer for your perusal, by which you will se that I am his Lawfull executor— But if you still think that it should be entred in that office I will as far as I can have it done —
