Sir,
It appears from the records of my office that Colo Charles Harrison was deranged the 1st of January 1783, but continued in service and did duty untill the conclusion of the War — this appears to give him equitable pretensions to the five and half months pay he solicits — But if the inclosed account (which is copied from one on file in the hand writing of the late Mr Pierce) is adjudged to be a just statement Colo Harrison's claim must be considered as already settled.
