West Point April 16th 1790 Sir Mr James Morrow has made his Acct for mending the Carriages making the screw driver and one hundred camp kettles which is here enclosed. Their is an Invalid solider here by the Name of Christian Wolfe, he Came here last January and went away in March without permission - he has now returned again and informs me that you told him to come here again and he should have provisions & clothing the provisions I have presumed to give him again upon [illegible]
