Treasury Department April 13th 1790 Sir The Secretary at war informs me that in the Returns of Invalid Pensioners in the State of Massachusetts there is a Sum of Dollars 498 33 100 to be added. I therefore request that You will pay the Said additional Sum upon the same principles as required by my instructions of the 30th of January last.
