West Point April 8th 1790 Sir/ I now forward the return of Ordnance & Quarter Masters Stores for the Month of March 1790– I had to employ Mr. Morrow to do some work to the Carriages which you directed should be sent away, but have not got his acct yet but will have that and the one for making the amp Kettles transmitted shortly– I informed you in my last that I had sent for Doctr Adams but he was not at home–I therefore was under the necessity of sending for some others and have sent for one Doctr Cooper of pecks hill who is now here– I am &c The HonorableMajor Genl KnoxSecrtry at War
