State of New York ss To all whom it may concern these presents do to certify that on this day the twenty sixth day of April, in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety. Personally appeared before me Renier John Vanden Broeck Notary Public for the State of New York duly appointed and commissioned by letter Patent under the great Seal of said State — John Stagg Junior and Caleb Swan, who being duly sworn on the Holy Evangelists of Al mighty God, deposed and saith that they were present at the execution of the foregoing Bond, that they did see the therein named Bonden Rufus Putnam, Manasseh Cutler, and Richard Platte respectively signed their names thereto, that the said Bond was delivered by the said respective Bonders for the uses and purposes therein mentioned; and that they the deponents did also subscribe their names respectively thereto as witnesses in the presence of each other. —
