Office of Army Accts
Mr Henry Swear New York 31 March 1790
I have this day received your letter of the 26 Inst. wherein you request to be informed if the accounts of Capt Henry Olie have been fitted & in case they are not to forward to you the Accounts & Papers left with me. — I have to inform you that I know of no accounts or papers [belonging?] to the person you allude — Neither has any accounts of this nature been filed in this Office — I conceive you must be mistaken in respect to the papers being put into my hands, for had they been, they would certainly, would be filed in [undecipherable], but which they are not, neither are they on file with the accounts unsettled in this Office.
I am your very hum[ble]
