Know all men by these presents that I Catherine Hutton last the wife of Henry Truitt dec^d do by my [undecipherable: present] hand and seal release quit claim and convey unto William Jones of the county of Talbot County of the same land & state of conference [undecipherable] market gardener all my right title and interest claim & demand of in or to a certain tract or parcel of land called and known by the name of the Reserve in said County containing as by the original patent [undecipherable] fifty one & 3/4 acres more or less.
