War Point April 6. 1790 Sir Captain Durbeck informs me that there was one months pay for the Detachment of Artillery left at West Point. Enclosed is a list of the Mens Names — and I beg you think Proper that I should pay then I have given M^r Henry Cunningham an Order to receive the same — I am &^c The Honourable Major Jos. I had to employ M^r Marrow to do the work to the Carriage which you directed.
