|Copy| Letter to the Secretary of War 2ndMarch 1790 Province 2nd March 1790 Sir I have been honor’d with your favr of 19th Ulto enclosing a Return of the invalids of this State with your Warrant thereon for the payment of their pensions Respectively–on comparing said Return with my original Entries of Inspection, I find it to agree.
