|Copy| Letter to the Secretary of War 2ndMarch 1790 Province 2nd March 1790 Sir I have been honor’d with your favr of 19th Ulto enclosing a Return of the invalids of this State with your Warrant thereon for the payment of their pensions Respectively–on comparing said Return with my original Entries of Inspection, I find it to agree. Except in the Instance of Abiel Weaver–the allowance made him was only 2 1/2 Doll. per month [test?] by mistake he is carried out in the Return sent me at the Rate of 4 Dollars per month, which makes an over[undecipherable] Sum of 9 Dollars for one [undecipherable]–I shall take care that he is paid at the Rate of 2 1/2 Dollars per month only–of consequence the Nine Dollars will Remain for me to account The Honorable the Secretary of the Treasury as you promised has furnished me with only [undecipherable] Dollars [undecipherable] I have the Honor to beSirYour Most Obed.Humbl ServtJereh Olney Honble Secretary at War–
