I have had the Honor to Receive your favours of 20.th Ult.o on the Subject of the payments of the last Muster of the Invalid Pensioners in Rhode Island — you mention that the Secretary of the Treasury has Orders to be used under the Necessary arrangements for the last payments — I therefore think proper to inform you that I have not as yet Received a bill, or any Communications from the Secretary of the Treasury on the Subject — but Sir, as soon as I am favor'd with the Necessary Communications.
