Hand I have no Certif. for this [undecipherable] Dec 29^th [undecipherable]] KNOW all Men by these Presents, that [undecipherable] in the Service of the United States of America, for [a] valuable and full consideration to me in hand paid, at or before the execution hereof, by [undecipherable] the receipt whereof, is hereby acknowledged, I have, and by their presents do grant, bargain, sell, release, transfer and assign unto him, his heirs, executors, administrators and assigns for ever.
