West Point Nov 1st1789 41 Sir, I rec. your letter of 17th Ultime and will be much obliged to you for Permission to go down to New York about the middle of this month for a few days- I now forward by the Bearer the Returns of Ordnance and Quarter Masters stores for the month of Novr 1789.
