Dear Sir
I have constantly attended to the object of your request— finding the certificate respecting your public accounts while in the Army might be eventually important, I have applied to Mr Ponnall who has promised me one which will be honorable to you, and must be advancing of your present pursuits.
Much more need not be done in addition to the present state of the affairs of d Council, and I should be acquainted therewith of [undecipherable] cheerfully attempt to perform it for you.
Our poor child went from hence to Rhode Island a few days ago and to return immediately of the Mineral line, ^The voyage is^ in order to derive him [undecipherable] from the Fever— But we have [undecipherable] enough to apprehend
