Several of my letters have not been so long to come to Hands - I hope, this will arrive safe -
I have made so free, to enclose a Copy of a letter, I have ordered to address to the President General - The Proposition to dispose of what I unsuccessfully make in [undecipherable] - I flatter myself You will soon see the Advantages the United Government will receive from such a Plan. At least the Savings and [undecipherable] may be of Service - Your friendly Assistance in promoting the Acceptance of my Proposition, will oblige me very much and give me great Satisfaction - You may rely on it, I shall prove what I have mentioned in the letter -
