Prays the liberty to remind you on a former Application made to you, that you would think of me whenever it should be in your power to put me into a Different mode of Life, (Different from that I now unfortunate pursue; owing chiefly to the want of that Capital which (I may honestly say) I have [undecipherable] from zeal, long Service, and in daily pursuit for the honor of my Country.
