I Should be rendered very unhappy to incur your displeasure by committing to paper my wishes, add are in hopes my present undertaking will not be considered as an unbecoming freedom. From the favourable opinion you was pleased to entertain of me, and which I had the honor of receiving in your very condescending favour of the 20^th of Feb^ry. I am in [undecipherable] to make another application in the like manner, concluding it will [undecipherable: equally] agreeable as if done in person.
